there's no place like home.

tomorrow is a big day for the brewster family...megan, nick, and bella are moving to maine! i'm kind of in a state of shock. it's almost like i won't believe it until the summer has gone by and they're still here. or maybe i won't believe it until i am eighty years old and we all had the chance to live our lives together. either way, i'm so excited.

megan and i are almost four years apart. we fought insanely growing up. megan has a temper and you better believe that i knew exactly how to push her buttons. i am sure i was the typical annoying little sister...i remember doing all i could to get her going. needless to say, we were at each others throats quite often. sorry, mom! but as we grew older, the age gap didn't seem so big. when megan went off to college in ohio, our relationship actually became a friendship. that's why i am so excited that we will be living within fifteen minutes of each other. with the exception of living in ohio together for a year or so, we haven't been close distance wise for...twelve years? wow. that's crazy.

megan and i are best friends now, and our husbands are like two peas in a pod (jude doesn't seem to like bella too much at the moment, but hopefully that'll change)  i am so thankful that God has given us the opportunity to share life together. so gas up, cornwells! home awaits you.
